PENALTIES
  • (5700): Dan Kell - Unsafe Pit Entry/Exit
    5 seconds time penalty
    1 license points docked
    Cutting on pit entry
  • (5769): Kevin Jaeger - Avoidable contact
    5 seconds time penalty
    1 license points docked
linked to incident 5702. Jaeger did not leave a cars width to the outside
  • (5702): Georgi Nedev - Avoidable contact
    5 seconds time penalty
    1 license points docked
Linked to incident 5769. While not enough space was given, There was no need for Nedev to turn in on him. This is a reduced penalty because it was not fullt Nedev to be blamed, but he should not have turned in like he did
  • (5703): Kevin Jaeger vs Hany Alsabti - Avoidable contact - Racing Incident
While Alsabti brakes late, he does make the corner. Jaeger however initially hits the side of Alsabti, causing Alsabti to go wider and as a result go wide. This was not Alsabti as his turn in was reduced from the contact
  • (5770): Ruben van den Hudding - Avoidable contact
5-slots grid penalty for the next event
    1 license points docked
Linked to incident 5704. Van den Hudding moves under braking, causing de Klein to move up in the path of Alsabti
  • (5704): Rogier de Klein - Avoidable contact - Warning
Linked to incident 5770. Van den Hudding moves under braking, causing de Klein to move up in the path of Alsabti. A warning for de Klein to observe his changes in racing line in the braking zone, but ultimately no penalty as he was forced by Van den Hudding
  • (5705): Yuri Kasdorp - Avoidable contact
    5 seconds time penalty
    1 license points docked
Jajovski was next to Kasdorp before the braking zone, and there was not a cars width between Kasdorp and the white edge line, so Kusdorp did not leave enough room
  • (5709): Hany Alsabti - Avoidable contact
    10 seconds time penalty
    1 license points docked
Alsabti holds his trottle after contact. While braking would not have changed Alsabti going into a spin, it did result in him going back on the circuit at a greater rate as would have happened when holding the brakes. While the incident happens in a flash, the DC is certain that holding the brakes would have been possible and should have been done. Not being hit while sliding to the middle of the track is a matter of luck, not skill
  • (5710): Jonatan Acerclinth vs Bjorn Golda - Punt - Racing Incident
Acerclinth brakes very early and lets go of the braking, not braking in one flow. Golda does the same, but they meet at the same speed. This was not so much a divebomb, but this was caused by drivers playing with the brakes in the braking zone. By doing this the driver behing cannot know what to expect. Racing incident
  • (5711): Ryan Elliott - Avoidable contact
5-slots grid penalty for the next event
    1 license points docked
You are not allowed to make it three wide in the braking zone and Elliot was not alongside before that. Penalty for Elliot who should have waited for a better opportunity. Rule 23.10
  • (5712): Kieran Shanks - Punt
10-slots grid penalty for the next event
    2 license points docked
Shanks first does not leave space to van Eijck, and then punt him off in the next corner
  • (5714): Kieran Shanks - Other (see Administration Comments)
10-slots grid penalty for the next event
    1 license points docked
Shanks is on the outside of Kell and goes very wide outside the track to take more speed. Illigal pass penalty.
  • (5715): Ben Hamlet - Avoidable contact
8-slots grid penalty for the next event
    2 license points docked
Hamlet slams into Willis who sits on the track after being spun. Hamlet should have avoided Willis as he could have seen him standing there had he paid more care. In addition, yellow flags were flown all around, Hamlet rejoins the track, and all while going full trottle. Avoidable contact penalty with in addition ignoring yellow flags
  • (5711): Ryan Elliott - Avoidable contact
5-slots grid penalty for the next event
