Several GPVWC teams have secured top sponsors in preparation for the 2002 Championship.
The following teams are confirmed to have deals with the following sponsors.
Jonk GP - MARLBORO
MaMa Racing - PANASONIC
KRB - HSBC
Mapes-VO - BENSON & HEDGES
Dizzo - COMPAQ
BA Racing - VISA
The following teams failed in their bids to sign the following sponsor/s on this occasion.
Roaldo Racing - HSBC & PANASONIC
Mommark Racing - MARLBORO
DPI - HSBC
MCR - Placed no bids
CVRT - Placed no bids
ALL teams who failed to strike a deal with a Primary Sponsor at this time will get another chance in the 2nd signing process which is set to run from 8th-11th January.
