BA Manager Neil Robinson contacted the press to issue a statement regarding the state of his team and the contractual row about Peter Knif.
"I have signed a new Test driver (Glenn Bowen) who will be starting our testing programme for Brazil within the next couple of days. He is very enthusiastic about being part of our team and i welcome him on behalf of the entire B.A.Racing Team and wish him all the luck to help us succeed.
There has been rumours of Peter Knif breaking his contract to join Red Arrows full time as Assistant Manager, I am fully aware of the situation and will be making nessary arrangements to conclude this dilemna as soon as possible.
On a last note good luck to all managers in the special managers race that has been prepared."
