Qualifying has ended in Imola for the F3000 race being staged there this week. Erdem Coban has taken Pole Position in his first F3000 outing ahead of Dan Lawrence in 2nd & Brazil pole sitter and race winner Dan Regan in 3rd.

F3000 organiser, Dan Regan, has again pointed out to us that the race "CAN still be contested by drivers who have not qualified but that they must start from P22 in this case."
