A press release appeared on the Goffin Racing website.
"As both drivers are experiencing some problems, our test driver Roald Reurink will fill in for Gijs Herpers until his problems are solved. Joost Jonk however is expected to be back on the track for next race, if not he will be replaced by a driver still to be announced.
This is just a temporary situation, Joost and Gijs will be back on the grid as soon as they are able to".
