Mapes-VO outlined their intentions for the end of the 2002 season and clearly think they have unfinished business that must be resolved. This was outlined when team owner Matt Maple personally stepped into the car to test, showing that the team has not lost any of its enthusiasm for a good old day at the races, Maple was fastest for day one and Loukasmaki returning home to the team was fastest on day two.
