USA GP: carset and custom track

The 2002 carset has now been updated to v16 for the United States Grand Prix @ Indianapolis. The update contains the usual few name changes and helmets aswell as fully updated performance settings for those teams who participated in the recent 4 day test session @ Austrias A1 Ring. Download it here.

We will be using a custom circuit for Indianapolis..... grab the software version here and the hardware version here.
