The 2014 Chinese Grand Prix was the fourth race of the 2014 Superleague season and took place on the Shanghai International Circuit on the 10th April. The round marked the breakthrough for 2013 Supercup champion Giuseppe Rainieri, winning his first Superleague race, having also taken pole and fasted lap. In doing so, he also scored the first win of the season for defending Superleague constructors' champions Midnight Motorsport. 2nd was David Fidock in the CSG Racing and third was Nick Rowland in the second Midnight. It was Rowland's first podium finish since 2012, having originally intended to step back from driving to run Midnight.
Despite having at least one car finish in the top 2 for the fourth successive race, CSG had a relatively poorer race, with both cars tangling near the start. This put Lewis Redshaw down the order. His 6th place finish saw the championship lead pass to Fidock.
