The Portuguese Touring Cup is an event held at the Circuito Vasco Sameiro, Palmeira. It made it's debut during the 2013/14 International Touring Cup season though, along with half of the 2013/14 calender, was not retained for the full 2014 International Touring Cup season. The event is to return for the 2015 International Touring Cup season, again at the Circuito Vasco Samiero. The 2015 Portugese Touring Cup would be the new season opener, taking the place of the defunct Bahrain Touring Cup.
