Red 5 Racing is a Supercup team managed by Gavin Thomas.

2010

Red 5 Racing competed in the new Supercup series. With some spirited driving during the year the team managed 4th in the Constructors Championship of that year, regardless of the loss of final Champion Christoph Lichtenstein shortly into the season to arch nemesis and fellow Welsh team Draig Racing.

2011

With a season under their belts, Red 5 continued their pursuit of the Supercup. Hopes were high, particularly since Gavin Thomas managed to secure a fantastic 4th at the first race in Melbourne, Australia with Ben Morgan finishing 7th. Unfortunately this was the highlight of the season, with the team struggling for the rest of the season, with Gavin Thomas only managing a 7th in Silverstone on his return after a brief sabbatical. Many people drove the second car, but it was not until Ben Morgan returned that the team started to challenge with both vehicles.

2012

A new and vibrant line-up is yet to be announced for the new season. Ben Morgan has confirmed he will no longer compete and will concentrate efforts on the Superleage, it is expected that Gavin Thomas will also follow suit, with his management of the team being pushed to the limit, as he not only plans to drive the Superleague, but to manage the Supercup and Formula Challenge too.
