: I've just gone by the official database stats that list events under 'Supercup' as running in 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2011 only, which makes this the 4th 'official' season. I wasn't around before 2010 so I'm unsure whether other support series would count towards these things. [[User:Chris williamson|Chris williamson]] 11:09, 25 May 2011 (UTC)

Revision as of 07:09, 25 May 2011

Made a start on this page by adding the competitors table. Changed the driver and team details so far, but other details still need chnaging (eg tyres, engine, rounds competed). Waiting for the other sections in Superleague to be finished before attempting the rest of the page. Chris williamson 14:52, 24 May 2011 (UTC)

I've lost track, a bit. I don't know if there was a 2008 Supercup that ran, as we had only very few participants in the league that year, compared to now. I'm assuming it ran in 2009 and 2010. I know I took part in the events which were to eventually to morph into the Supercup, in 2005, 2006, and an aborted 2007. I guess that would make this one the sixth Supercup season then - 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010 and now 2011..?

Also, if anyone knows (William?) I'm vaguely aware there were a few one-offs (Gold Cup or something?) in previous years.

We really should get as much of that information as we can, if we're to include it somewhere on the wiki. --Mal mckee 06:41, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
