2011 Supercup

  • In a thrilling race Ojay Clark grabbed his maiden GPVWC win in the Brazilian Grand Prix driving for Synergetic Motorsports. Championship leader Bart De Vos crossed the line in 2nd, while Ryan Walker took 3rd place and fastest lap during a battle in the final laps.
  • The Canadian Grand Prix saw Belgian Bart De Vos return to winning ways as behind him Pavel Loknovski retook 2nd place in the standings. In the team competition Malta Force GP extended their lead and Nordsjoen overtook Nijo in the battle for 2nd.
  • Ryan Walker scored his first ever GPVWC win in Mexico ahead of Gregg Lawson and David Jundt. The standings are looking closer once more as three of the top contenders failed to score.
  • British driver Lewis Redshaw made it two in a row by winning the Turkish Grand Prix, a victory made sweeter by championship rival Bart De Vos failing to finish. Pavel Loknovski and David Jundt completed the podium.
  • Lewis Redshaw managed to get the better of his Malta Force GP team mate at the San Marino Grand Prix, taking the win by almost 5 seconds. Newcomer Kenney Lybeer scored a creditable 4th for Red 5 Racing.
