The new championship will straddle spring and summer and allow rookies and drivers without contract to get their first taste of GPVWC action alongside some more established names.

World Sport Series 2012

 
  • Torrent Motorsports claimed an impressive 1-2 finish in the inaugural round of the World Sport Series at Hungaroring with Boy van de Laar netting victory ahead of Borna Spoljaric. Bart De Vos took 3rd place for the new Measuric Racing team.
