Early Years
Bret: Always from a young age I had a passionate following for motor racing having seen most of the legendary drivers such as Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart, Graham Hill race at Oulton Park in the UK back in the 1960’s. Emigrated to South Africa in 1981 I only got my first sim racing game in 1993 which was GP2, a good few years later, in April 2008, came across rFactor1, joined an online league and had the time of my life racing the GP79 mod for over 5 years. Fulfilled a dream in 2010 when I drove a 1998 Formula Reynard at Killarney race track for the day.
I purchased rFactor2 when it was in the early months of release, predominantly drove rFactor1 until Dec 2013 until rFactor2 came good.
2015
in Feb 2015 I joined Armaroli Racing Team entering in the GPVWC URD WGT Championship. In 2015 I am in partnership with fellow driver Ken Hunter driving the Ferrari 458. The cars drives great and both of us is enjoying the WGT Series. 2016 Bret will be in the Open Series.
2016 & 2017
Bret joined several leagues during the 2016 season. In 2017 Bret drives in the WCS League BMW e90 series, as well as the WCS League Formula 3 series.
