PENALTIES
  • Disciplinary Committee vs Bence Zsupanek - Avoidable contact - Racing Incident
    Olsson is slow into T6, but on the racing line. Zsupanek is faster and moves to the inside to overtake. Olsson goes around T6 giving sufficient room for Zsupanek who has to use the kerb. However, the kerb causes Zsupanek to move towards Olsson unintentionally and hits Olsson, causing Olsson to spin. Zsupanek was sufficiently alongside to make the move, but the conditions contributed to this as well.
  • Florian Geier - Avoidable contact
    10 seconds time penalty
    5-slots grid penalty for the next event
    1 license points docked
    On the approach to T4 Florian is on intermediate tyres and travelling too fast. He is unable to brake sufficiently to take the corner and is also on the wrong side of the track for the approach as he is trying to pass Horrill. Florian goes off track to the inside and looses control and collides with Horrill and de Vries, causing all three drivers to spin. All three drivers are able to continue.
