The 2023 Superleague season will be the 24st GPVWC Superleague season. Jannick Bock enters the season as defending Drivers' Champion, and Evolution Motorsports as the reigning Constructors' Champions.

Teams and drivers
The following teams and drivers are due to compete in the 2023 season. All teams use GPVWC brand tyres. As of December 2022, all car numbers are still subject to change.

Team changes
- Scuderia Basilea, MDR and Musto GD e-Sports left the GPVWC career ladder after the end of the 2022 season.
- Evolution and Burst pulled out at the beginning of 2023.
New entries
- THR, Super Venturi and Royal Blue Racing will enter their first season in Superleague after all of them competed in Superlights in 2022.
- MODE Auto Concepts and Nocturne replaced Evolution and Burst after they pulled out at the beginning of 2023.
Driver changes
- Geoffrey Fournier switched back to his old team Epic Racing Team after two Seasons at Scuderia Basilea.
- Fabio Sixta followed his teammate Fournier and takes the 2nd seat at Epic after he made his comeback at Hungary 2022.
- Superlights 2022 champion Jan Granqvist stayed at Super Venturi to compete for the teams first Superleague season.
- Jukkapekka Lalu moved from Epic Racing Team to Super Venturi to complete their 2023 line-up.
- Jake Denehan makes his full-time debut in Superleague after a successful 2022 FS1 season with a 3rd place overall.
- Luke Maguire stays with THR for a third consecutive season after competed for them in FS1 and Superlights.
- Formula Sprint 1 2022 champion Tom Stevens joins THR from FS1 2022 champions Nocturne to complete their line-up.
- 1-time champion Stephane Rouault stays with Edge Esports after finishing 4th in the 2022 season.

2023 Calendar
The 2023 season kept racing Tuesday, every two weeks. The 2023 calendar follows the 16-round limit introduced in 2019. The first round will take place in Imola and the last will take place in Brazil, with each race taking place on a Tuesday, every two weeks. The exception to this will be the customary Spring and Summer breaks.
- Note 06-12-2022 the following calendar dates are not confirmed, but these are most likely the dates for the 2023 season, these dates are the 2022 racedates changed to 2023 dates.

Calendar changes
- The Portuguese, Monaco, Austrian and Mexican Grands Prix were removed from the calendar.
- The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix made its debut on the GPVWC 2023 calendar.
